Evidence-based Management of Crohn's Disease Complicated Fistula

目的探讨采用循证医学原则决策克罗恩病并发瘘管形成的治疗方案。方法采用循证医学实践的原则,对克罗恩病并发瘘管形成患者,通过检索医学文献,评价文献,并最终选择治疗方案。结果从经验的证据、文献的证据及循证医学的证据等方面总结克罗恩病并发瘘管形成的治疗方案,从而选择最佳方案。结论采用循证医学方法对临床疑难病例进行分析,是临床药师参与药物治疗决策的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the methods of evidence-based treatment in patients with Crohn＇s Disease complicated fistula management.Methods With the principle of evidenced-based medicine,the state of patients with Crohn＇s Disease complicated fistula was analyzed.The medical documents were searched and analyzed,then the best treatment program was selected.Results From experienced evidence,documented evidence,and evidenced-based medicine,the best treatment was concluded.Conclusion Evidenced-based treatment method is an effective way for clinical pharmacist to solve clinical problems.
