本院抗抑郁药的使用现状及前景分析

Current Situation and Prospect of Antidepressants Usage

目的了解本院近4 y抗抑郁药的用药变化情况,探讨其使用特点、发展趋势和市场动态。方法以限定日剂量为指标,统计分析了本院2006～2009年使用抗抑郁药的品种、用量、金额及用药频度和限定日费用等情况。结果近4 y来,本院抗抑郁药用药金额逐年上升,年均增长率为12.99%,其中5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)总用药金额以及单品种用药频度均位居前茅。杂环类药物用药额呈萎缩态势。与进口抗抑郁药相比,国产药用药额略低但增幅较大(6.84%/26.78%)。结论本院抗抑郁药仍以SSRI为主,杂环类用量逐渐减少,国产抗抑郁药用药增幅较大,发展前景广阔。

Objective To study the situation of antidepressants usage in the recent 4 years in Guangzhou Brain Hospital,and to explore the characteristics,tendency,and market development of its application.Methods The species,dosage,amount of money,frequency（DDDs）,and daily drug cost（DDDc） of antidepressants in the hospita1 in 2006～2009 was analyzed,with the defined daily dose（DDD） system as index.Results In the recent 4 years,the consumption cost of antidepressants increased 12.99% yearly.The amount of money and DDDs of SSRIs occupied primary proportion,while the consumption of heterocycle decreased.Compared with the imported antidepressants,domestic antidepressants held smaller ratio but with greater increase（6.84%/26.78%）.Conclusion SSRI antidepressants still plays a key role.The consumption of heterocycle decrease.The usage of domestic antidepressants is fairly increased with broad perspective.
