Novel Non-enzyme Amperometric Biosensor for Glucose Deternimation

摘要 采用电聚合过氧化聚吡咯(Ox-PPy)于铅笔芯电极(PGE),并将酞菁钴(CoPc)对其修饰,制作了一种新型无酶电流型葡萄糖生物传感器。实验结果表明:在优化条件下,传感器的灵敏度为6.42μA/(mmol/L),线性范围0~10 mmol/L,线性相关度R=0.992 9,响应时间小于10 s,最低检测限为70.1μmol/L.该传感器具有较高的灵敏度,较好的稳定性和一定的抗干扰能力。 A non-enzyme amperometric biosensor,based on electropolymerization of overoxidized polypyrrole onto pencil graphite electrode(PGE) and modified with Cobalt(Ⅱ) phthalocyanine was fabricated.The result showed that under optimal conditions,the sensitivity of the biosensor was 6.42 μA/(mmol/L),with a wide linear range from 0 to 10 mmol/L(a correlation coefficient of 0.992 9).The response time was about 7 s and calculated detection limit was 70.1 μmol/L.The resulting biosensor showed high sensitivity,good long-term stability and a certain anti-interference ability.
