摘要
以金属铟粒为铟源制备硝酸铟溶液,采用水热法合成纳米In2O3粉体,并通过贵金属Pd和Ag掺杂对In2O3粉体进行修饰。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),比表面积测试仪(BET)等分析手段对材料进行表征,并且研究了气敏性能。结果表明:制得的In2O3粉体属于立方晶型,晶粒度为25.08 nm.In2O3气敏元件对丙酮、乙醇汽油及H2S气体有较高的灵敏度和较好的响应恢复特性。Pd掺杂In2O3对φ(乙醇汽油)为100×10-6和φ(H2S)为50×10-6的灵敏度分别高达36.70和87.96。
In2O3 particles were prepared by hydrothermal process with indium nitrate solution which was obtained by dissolving indium with nitric acid solution.The noble metal Pd and Ag was chosen to modify In2O3 particles.The products were characterized by XRD and BET.The gas sensing characteristics of the gas sensors based on as-synthesized samples were investigated by HW-30A gas sensing measurement.The results showed that the cubic crystal structure In2O3 with the crystallite size about 25.08 nm was obtained.The gas sensors have high sensitivity and fast response-recovery characteristic to gasohol,acetone and H2S.The sensitivity of the sensor based on Pd doped In2O3 to 100×10-6 gasohol and 50×10-6 H2S are 36.70 and 87.96,respectively.
