摘要
为了提高曲轴及凸轮轴测量的精度与效率,提出了一种新型的高精度非接触的测量方法。采用旋转平晶的方法得到扫描红外LED光束对被测件测量,PIN管进行光电转换,精密计时电路则计算出光束经过被测件边缘的时刻,换算出被测尺寸。分析结果表明:入射光束倾斜角、计时电路满足一定的要求时可以达到极高的精度。
In order to improve the detecting precision and efficiency of crankshaft and camshaft,a new high-precision and non-contact measuring method was introduced.For non-contact measurement,method of rotating flat crystal was used to obtain scanning infrared LED beam.PIN tube was used to make photoelectric conversion.Precision timing circuit was used to calculate the time when LED beam pass through the edge of object.Finally the measured size was obtained.Analysis results show that when the incident beam tilt angle and time measurement meet certain requirements,this method can achieve very high precision.
