儿童慢性乙型肝炎（以下简称慢乙肝）应尽早进行积极合理的抗病毒治疗，努力阻断成年后的一系列进展性肝病；即使抗病毒治疗未能获得持久效应，也可能缓和以后病变的进展。本文对儿童HBV感染的流行病学特点、儿童慢乙肝治疗的必要性、抗病毒治疗的指征及药物选择等进行介绍。

Chronic hepatitis B in children should receive reasonable antiviral treatment actively earlier, to interdict a series of evolve liver disease. Even antiviral treatment cannot achieve lasting effect, it maybe postpone liver disease developing. In this article, we reviewed the epidemiology characteristic of children hepatitis B, the necessity of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children, antiviral treatment indication and drug selection.
