摘要
人才测评是市场经济条件下科学评定人才使用价值的手段。为科学衡量人才,实现人才资源配置合理化,就人才测评的意义及人才测评的基本模式进行了阐述,并提出了建立人才测评体系的主要方式。
Talent' s test and evaluation is a means of appraising talent scientifically. In order to judge talent scientifi-cally and to realize the rationalization of talent resource distribution, this paper sets forth meaning and the basie modei of talent test, puts forward main means of setting up talent test system.
