摘要
介绍了引进型300MW汽轮机低压缸不落转子总装的新工艺,该工艺方法可大大缩短汽轮机低压缸在制造厂内的生产周期,加快整机发货进度,降低制造成本。
A new no-rotor-involved assembly process,which is adopted to the introduced 300MW steam turbines,is introduced.While applying this new process,the final assembly of LP cylinder in manufactory will be short duration.Accordingly,the turbine can be delivered as early as possible and cost of manufacturing is reduced.
