受地震、海啸加上核泄漏等因素影响,日本关东及东北地区的电力供应受到了严重影响,部分地区汽油供应中断,汽车、半导体等产业基本停产,日经指数持续大幅下滑,稍有复苏迹象的日本经济将面临一次严峻的考验。文中提出了我国及早做出的应对措施。

By the quake and tsunami plus nuclear leakage factors, power supply in northeast Japan suffered serious influence. Gasoline supply of some areas is disrupted. Automobile and semiconductor industries basically stopped production. The Nikkei fell sharply. The slow recovery of Japan economy will be faced with a severe test. Our country should take early corresponding measures.
