摘要
对江苏沿海开发项目的功能属性进行了定量区分和定性区分,在此基础上综合构建了沿海开发项目多元化筹资框架,对项目投资主体、项目资金来源以及筹资结构进行了分析,提出了有关项目融资创新的设想和融资结构优化的思路。
The attributes of development projects for coastal areas in Jiangsu Province were qualitatively and quantitatively identified. On such a basis, a diversified financing framework was established. The main body, sources and structure of financing projects were analyzed. Some innovative ideas related to project financing and structural optimization were put forward.
