摘要
分析了节水农业综合效益,认为节水农业具有经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的统一性。节水农业经济效益表现为节水农业在微观上的盈利能力;节水农业环境效益表现为对水资源、土壤、植被、大气、生物等环境要素及其生态过程产生的正面影响;节水农业社会效益是对社会环境系统的影响产生的宏观经济效益,表现为实现社会发展目标所作的贡献与影响程度。
The comprehensive benefits of water saving agriculture were analyzed. The water saving agriculture was regarded as the aggregation of economic, environmental and social benefits. The economic benefit of water saving agriculture was characterized by its microeconomic profitability. The environmental benefit of water saving agriculture was the positive effect of environmental elements and their ecological processes, such as water resources, soil, plants, atmosphere and organisms. The social benefit water saving agriculture was the macroeconomic benefits resulted from the effect of social environment and represented by its contribution to and effect on the social development goal.
