摘要
为适应原料结构的变化,安钢烧结厂对烧结熔剂结构进行了优化试验和调整。试验和生产结果表明,调整后,烧结矿质量明显改善,同时熔剂成本大幅降低,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,为公司降本增效探索出一条新途径。
To meet the raw material structure change,the structure of sintered flux was optimized and adjusted in the steel sintering plant.Test and production results show that after adjustment,sinter quality is significant improved,while the cost of flux is reduced.It has great economic and social benefits and provided a new way for the company.
