A Macro Study on Logistics Park Security Measures

针对安检与物流园区规划作出概念性研究,从物流园区主动协调模型看安检,藉五因素模型作为分析基础,探索适当的安检程度,还利用S-曲线来显示安检影响用户进入园区的意向概念。

Nowadays, freight forecasting mechanisms and security inspection procedures are adopted by all the major areas around the globe, the American C-TPAT, European ENS, and Asian AEO being good examples. Logistics parks are places, usually on the fringe of urban areas but with geographical and transportation advantages, where logistics facilities and practitioners congregate and which play an important role in anti-terrorism. The paper carries out a conceptual study on security inspection and logistics park planning and, viewing it as a pro-active party in the process, investigates the proper level of security strictness, concluding by suggesting an additional advantage of the method to the effect that the corollary S-curve obtained could reflect the impact of the security measures on a customer＇s intention in entering the park.
