Under the constraints of the TSP model, it is argued that the establishment of an urhan-rural integraied dislfibution system needs efforts on the levels of government, industrial associations, and logistics enterprises and to continuously optimize the logistics network scientific evaluation and timely coordination and integration are necessary.
