辛伐他汀改善老年高血压患者动脉弹性的临床研究

Clinical research of Simvsatati's improvement of artery elasticity in elderly patients with hypertension

目的观察辛伐他汀对老年高血压患者动脉弹性的影响。方法将120例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组(60例)和辛伐他汀治疗组(60例),对照组服安慰剂(淀粉片)每日1片,治疗组服用辛伐他汀20 mg/晚,比较治疗前及治疗8,12,16周后2组患者的血压和动脉弹性变化。结果治疗8周、12周、16周时2组SBP和PP比较均有显著性差异,2组治疗前后DBP比较均无显著性差异,治疗12周和16周时2组小动脉弹性指数比较有显著性差异。结论辛伐他汀有益于控制老年高血压患者的脉压,改善动脉弹性。

Objective It is to observe the effect of simvastatin on artery elasticity in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 120 aged patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group（n=60） and simvastatin treatment group（n=60）.The control group was given placebo（starch film） 1 piece a day,and the treatment group was given simvastatin 20 mg at every night.The changes of blood pressure and arterial elasticity in both group before treametn,and in 8,12,16 weeks after treatment were compared.Results There were significant differences in SBP and PP between the two groups in 8,12 and 16 weeks after treatment,but the difference in DBP before and after treatment was not significant.There was significant difference in small artery elasticity index between the two groups when treating for 12 weeks and 16 weeks.Conclusion Simvastatin is beneficial to control the pulse pressure of elderly patients with hypertension,and can improve artery elasticity.
