摘要 针对某微小型超声电机驱动要求,设计直流升压变换器,采用小型微控制器产生信号相位差90度的驱动信号。基于该微小型超声电机的电容性负载特性,采用RC放电回路设计了电机驱动电路,分析了驱动电路电压波形参数对驱动性能的影响,得到了最佳驱动电路参数。采用电路仿真软件对所设计的电路进行仿真验证。针对电机驱动电路工作中的低效率,进行优化设计,设计专用放电回路,并进行仿真和实验对比。实验结果发现优化后驱动电路消耗功率是优化前的52.2%,提高了驱动效率;将所设计的优化后的驱动器用于某微小型超声电机,电机运转良好。 In order to drive a minitype ultrasonic motor(USM),a direct current Booster was designed,and the two driving signals of the USM with phase difference 90° were generated by a micro-controller.A driving circuit with RC discharge circuit was presented based on the capacitive property of the USM,and the optimal drive signal parameters were got through circuit analysis.The presented circuit was evaluated through simulation.Optimization design was carried out for the driving circuit through an add-on circuit to improve the efficiency.The optimized circuit was verified through circuit simulation.The result of the experiment demonstrates that the consumed power by the optimized driving circuits is 52.2% of not optimized circuit.It is proved that the proposed circuit is both feasible and reliable for the drive of the minitype USM.
