摘要
针对变频空调系统中单转子压缩机永磁同步电机不易安装位置传感器这一问题,采用旋转坐标系下的电压误差对压缩机电机转子位置和转速进行估算,实现了永磁同步电机的矢量控制。同时,对单转子压缩机系统低速范围内的转速波动原因进行了分析,在估算电机转子位置的基础上,提出了一种自动估算当前负载状况的有效方法,根据当前估算的负载自动进行转矩电流前馈补偿,显著降低了压缩机低速时的转速波动,降低了压缩机的噪声及振动。仿真和实验结果验证了方法的有效性。
It is difficult to get the position sensor installed into the single rotator compressors of inverter air conditioner.To estimate the rotor speed and position,an algorithm based on the voltage errors of rotary reference frame schemes was implemented to realize the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Meanwhile,to reduce the compressor noise and vibration caused by the speed ripple at low frequency in the system,an automatic torque estimating schemes was presented,basing on current feed forward compensation by the estimated load torque.The effectiveness of the proposed method has also been verified by simulation and experimental results.
