摘要
针对动物养殖、屠宰加工和销售整个畜产品生产流程,设计了基于RFID技术的畜产品可追溯系统来对畜产品进行全程标识,保证可以追溯到每个动物食品生产环节。通过自行设计读写器和电子标签的实际测试,实现了数据的自动采集,并得出下列结果:随着数据传输率呈倍数的减小,通讯距离和信号强度都逐渐增加;采用60 kb/s或者10 kb/s数据传输率时,都能达到较好的通讯效果,可在50 m范围内准确识别。实际应用时可根据标签的阅读量、通信距离的远近和干扰情况来选择其中的参数。
The research aimed at entire food production process, such as animal breeding, slaughter, processing and sales, designed livestock product traceability system based on the RFID technology.It can guarantee tracing each production links in full process of animal food production.Through the actual circuit test, the reader and the tags can realize data automatic gathering,the research draw the following conclusions:Along with the data rate reduce as multiple,the RSSI and communication distance increase gradually.It can achieve good communication effect when use 60kb/s or 10kb/s data rate in 50 meters scopes.In practical application,we can choose parameter according to tags reading quantity,the signal distance and the disturbed conditions.
