摘要
2010年主汛期,长江流域大部分地区相继发生了严重洪水,三峡水库对长江中下游发挥了重要拦蓄洪水作用。为全面分析2010年长江暴雨洪水特征及三峡水库对洪水蓄泄影响,在分析流域洪水特性的基础上,重点阐述了入库洪水组成、洪水遭遇与重现期等。通过介绍三峡水库拦蓄洪水的作用,对上游与中下游水文情势的影响,以及水库蓄水对重庆城区河段泥沙冲淤特性分析,取得了有价值的观测分析资料,为进一步发挥三峡工程防洪效益提供了重要依据。
Serious floods occurred in succession in most areas of Yangtze River Basin during the main flood period of 2010, Three Gorges Reservoir plays a significant role in flood detention and storage for the mid - lower Yangtze River. For analyzing the characteristics of the storm - flood in 2010 and the influence of Three Gorges Reservoir on flood storage and discharge thoroughly, we focus on explaining the encounter process and recurrence period of reservoir inflow flood, and preliminarily define that the flood during the main flood period is a large regional flood in the upper - mid reaches of Yangtze River. By introducing the effects of flood detention and storage of Three Gorges Reservoir and its influences on hydrological situation of Yangtze River, we obtain valuable data of observation and analysis.
