摘要
对超声波电动机驱动系统中存在的混沌现象进行了初步探求。设计超声波电动机转速闭环控制实验,获得驱动电压幅值变化的多组采样时间序列,并采用相空间重构方法对这些时间序列进行了混沌分析。计算得到的最大Lyapunov指数为正数,表明行波超声波电动机在一定工作条件下呈现出混沌特性。
In this paper,preliminary study of the chaos phenomenon in the ultrasonic motor driving system was carried out.Firstly,experiments of speed closed-loop control were designed to obtain groups of sampling data sequence of the amplitude of driving voltage.Then,phase-space reconstruction was used to analyze the chaos characteristics of these time sequences.The maximum Lyapunov index was calculated using the small set method.The index is positive,which indicates that the traveling wave ultrasonic motor has chaos characteristic under certain working condition.
