摘要
提出了一种转子转动惯量的测试方法——自由减速法,它是基于对电机空载和加载标准惯性飞轮两种情况,在自由减速停车环境中的机械特性分析,建立了转子转动惯量与这两种情况下角加速度之间的数学模型,并由此总结出一种新型的电机转子转动惯量的测量方法。同时以TMS320F2812DSP芯片为核心,搭建了简洁而高效的检测试验平台。通过DSP软件编程和多项式回归分析算法研究,实现了对数据的采集和处理,并验证了测量方法的可行性。该方法具有测量的精确性、简易性、快速性和广泛的适用性。
Based on the analysis of the mechanical properties of the motor with no-load and with load to the standard flywheel in the free parking environment,a mathematical model between the rotor moment of inertia and the angular accelerations of the two cases was established.And a new method for rotor inertia measurement from the mathematical model was summerized.Simultaneously,the DSP controller TMS320F2812 from TI was used as the core to build a simple and efficient automatic test platform.By programming DSP controller software and using polynomial regression method of linear fitting,a sample was achieved and free the data of the rotor speed was processed.Finally,the feasibility of the method of measurement was verified.
