摘要
为解决电力机车车顶绝缘子在严寒结冰、冻雨、大雾、潮湿天气发生的闪络炸瓶和漏电击穿现象,采用高分子复合材料(高温硫化硅橡胶)增加污闪梯度,改变裙伞凹面增加爬电距离,合理设计增加连接强度,提高了安全可靠性,延长了使用寿命。
The polymer composite insulator had been used to increase flashover gradient in order to solve the phenomenon of flashover bottle bomb and breakdown leakage of polymer composite insulator appeared in cold ice, freezing rain, fog, wet weather. The safety and reliability had been improved and the service life had been extended by changing skirt concave to increase creepage distance and increasing joint strength reasonably.
