Taking ‘More Attention on Four Aspects' as New Requirement of the Realization of Scientific Development Concept

在党的十七届五中全会作出的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》中,明确指出,"十二五"期间要"以科学发展为主题",并提出"四个更加注重"是我们在国际国内形势更加复杂多变的情况下,把握新机遇、迎接新挑战、实现新跨越的重要思想保障。

The Suggestion of ‘the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Formulating the 12th 5-year Plan in National Economy and Social development＇ proposed by the CPC＇s Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee clearly states that we should take scientific development as theme during the period of ‘the 12th 5-year plan＇ and ‘more attention on four aspects＇ as important ideological guarantee to master new chance,to face with new challenge and to realize new span under more complicated international and domestic circumstance.
