Risk Management: An Important Issue of China' s Social Construction at Present

社会风险的不断增多是现阶段中国社会面临的一个现实问题。社会风险具有承受不均衡性、特殊根源性、潜伏性和可补偿性等特点。进行风险管理,既尤为重要又有一定的可能性。社会风险管理的目标包括增强社会风险意识,避免或减少社会风险,降低社会风险的负面影响,以及公正的社会风险分配等,这些目标的实现,有赖于社会风险管理机制的构建。

In China＇s society at present there is a practical problem of continuous increase of social risk which has such the features as the unbalance,special root,latency and compensability.Risk management is not only important but also possible.Its goal includes the enhancement of social risk consciousness,the avoidance and reduction of social risk,the decrease of negative influence and fair distribution of social risk,which all depends on the construction of management system of social risk.
