摘要
下坝船闸是芜申线航道的重要通航枢纽,承担着大量的货物运输,同时设计最大水头差高达9.78 m,是目前江苏省设计水头差最大的船闸之一。下坝复线船闸工程设计中针对设计水头高、船舶通过量大的特点,对船闸集中输水系统布置进行深化研究,综合集中输水和分散输水的优点以及下坝船闸的特点,对现有传统的集中输水系统布置形式加以改进优化,采用了新型的无镇静段输水系统,并通过水力模型试验取得较好的效果。无镇静段集中输水系统消能效果明显,灌泄水时船舶在闸室内停泊条件好,同时免除闸室的镇静段,船舶可直接停泊在上闸首的后方,并且缩短了输水时间,提高了船闸的通过能力,节省了工程投资,在类似工程中具有一定的推广意义。
As an important navigation hub for Wushen(Wuhu-Shanghai) Channel,Xiaba Navigation Lock undertakes the transportation of goods in large quantities.In addition,the maximum head difference designed is up to 9.78 m.At present,this lock is one of the navigation locks with the maximum head difference in Jiangsu province.In the engineering design of Xiaba twin-line navigation lock,in view of the characteristics of large design head and great throughput of vessels,an in-depth study was carried out for the layout of the concentrated water supply system of the navigation lock;the existing conventional layout of concentrated water supply system was further improved and optimized by integrating the advantages of concentrated and dispersed water supply with the characteristics of Xiaba navigation lock;the new water supply system without unruffled segments was adopted;and desirable effects were achieved via hydraulic model tests.The concentrated water supply system free of unruffled segments boasts obvious effects in energy dissipation.Vessels can be well berthed in the lock chamber during lock filling and emptying,and be directly berthed at the rear of the head bay due to the absence of unruffled segments in the lock chamber,having shortened water delivery time,increased throughput capacity of the lock and saved construction investment.Therefore,such a system shall be applied more widely in similar projects.
