转变经济发展方式是推动科学发展的主线。党的各级领导干部是经济社会发展的组织者和领导者,其作风取向对转变经济发展方式具有至关重要的作用。当前领导干部作风总体是好的,但依然存在不少的问题,需要我们从加强教育,完善制度,营造好的氛围,加强基督等方面作出努力。

The transformation of economic development mode turns out to be the mainline of the promotion of scientific growth.The work style orientation of the party＇s leaders and cadres in all level who are the organizers and leaders in social growth is vital for the transformation of economic development mode.At present their work style is generally favourable with only some problems,which needs our further efforts on better education,perfect system,favorable atmosphere and strong supervision.
