Bus dispatching is the key to public transport management.It is the key to study the optimization methods of bus dispatching for enhancing the level of public transport and attracting bus passengers.The investigation methods of passengers＇ satisfaction,comfort and bus corporation＇ satisfaction were set forth in the paper,as well as gold section method.By means of traffic investigation to No.25 bus routes in Harbin,the departing interval was optimized with the computational models based on passengers and bus corporation＇ satisfaction,and the gold section method was also applied to obtain the bus dispatching timetable.It can be the basis for optimizing bus dispatching.
