含负折射率介质周期性多层模结构隧穿模热辐射特性的研究

摘要 利用传输矩阵方法对含负折射率介质周期性多层膜结构的隧穿模进行数值模拟,并建立其周期数为有限值与无限值两种情况隧穿模数量之间的联系。在此基础上提出一种有限周期多层膜结构的热辐射源结构,利用基尔霍夫定律对这种热辐射源的热辐射特性进行分析讨论。发现这种结构隧穿模产生的热辐射具有很好的时间和空间相干性,并且可以在不同偏振和方向上进行波长选择性的热辐射。 The photon tunneling mode's characteristic of finite periodic number multilayer structures including negative index media is analyzed by using the transfer matrix method.The relationship of the photon tunneling mode between finite and infinite periodic number has be made.Based on this relationship a new kind emission sources was proposed.We investigated the spectral-directional thermal emissivity of this structure based on Kirchhoff's law.It was found that the structure has good temporal and spatial coherence and promises the wavelength-selective thermal emission for both TE and TM polarization modes along a well-defined direction.
