国际技术扩散地域效果、地理特性与非洲经济增长——兼论中国基础设施投资对非洲经济增长的贡献

Geographic Effects of International Technology Diffusion,Geographic Character and African Economic Growth

文章以国际技术扩散的有关理论为基础,分析了非洲的第一、第二地理特性及其与国际技术扩散距离、地域效果、基础设施投资、经济增长的关系,认为非洲特别是撒哈拉以南非洲的地理特性导致了其国际技术扩散的地域效果过强,以至所能接收到的国际先进技术过少,从而影响了经济增长,并论述了基础设施投资对降低地域效果及促进经济增长的重要意义,最后提出了相应政策建议。

Based on some theories of international technology diffusion,the article analyses the relations among geographic character of Africa,geographic effects,infrastructure investment and economic growth.It holds that the geographic character of Africa leads to strong geographic effects of international technology diffusion and the slow economic growth.In the end it puts some corresponding suggestions.
