近年来,大学生就业问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,女大学生的就业问题尤显突出。从社会整体的角度,以社会学的视野,分析导致男女两性就业机会不平等的社会因素,以期在此基础上对高等教育提出一些思考,并促使社会营造一个促进女大学生平等就业的机制。

In recent years,college student employment problems have caused extensive concern of the whole society,and the female university students＇ employment problems are especially standing out.From the angle of society as a whole and sociology perspective,the paper analyzes the social factors of unfair employment opportunity for two sexes,on the basis of which it puts forward some suggestions to set up an equal employment mechanism for college girls.
