我国城乡群众体育发展的动力环境及策略研究

On the Dynamic Environment and Strategies of Mass Sport′s Development in China

依托现代社会学分析方法,在分析我国城乡群众体育发展现状的基础上,建构我国城乡群众体育发展的动力环境,即良好的政府决策和政策效能、良好的组织与管理、良好的硬件设施项目资源和公民观念,并针对性地提出了在国家政治需求上实现向群众体育发展的重点转移、强化政策性能、深化管理体制和运行机制、逐步推行社会化管理、强化设施项目资源建设和有效利用、适时强化和引领公民观念等对策,促进我国群众体育事业的健康发展。

Based on the modem sociological analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of mass sport＇s development in China and its dynamic environment which means wise political guidence, effective policy, efficient organization and manage- ment, good hardware facilities and great public idea. And the paper puts forward some strategies such as： focus on the mass sport＇s development, reinforcing mass＇s idea of sport and policy affect, further manage system of mass＇s sport, and making best use of hardware facilities which do help to promote the development of mass＇s sport.
