浅议创新应用型人才培养与经管实验室建设

培养创新应用型人才是地方本科院校实践科学发展观的要求,经管实验室在创新应用型人才培养中起到了重要作用。因为教育观念的落后等原因,导致地方院校的经管实验室建设存在许多问题。依据创新应用型人才培养的要求,经管类实验室的建设经费筹集和投入、实验教学改革和实验室开放管理、实验队伍建设等方面必须改进。

Many local colleges positioned itself as a teaching-oriented and application oriented college.Application—oriented innovative talent cultivation is the requirements of practice the scientific concept of development in local undergraduate colleges,laboratory of economics and management has played an important role in training talents.Because the old concept of education and other reasons,there are many problems in laboratory construction.Basis on the requirements of talents cultivation,It must be improved that economics and management laboratory construction funding and investment,teaching reform,laboratory management,laboratory assistant team etc.
