随着中国城市化进程的进一步加快,土地资源稀缺性的特点得到了进一步体现.闲置土地问题受到了越来越多的关注,近年来,国家虽然采取了严格的建设用地审批措施,对闲置土地进行严密的监管,但在闲置土地利用管理过程中,难以取得很好的效果,大量土地资源继续闲置.利用博弈论对闲置土地的博弈主体进行分析,发现开发商和政府这两个闲置土地的博弈主体的目标不一致,难以达到博弈的最优解,因此,只能在政府采取对闲置土地处置的行动下,达到博弈的次优策略,从而使得闲置土地现象有效缓解.
