农村公共财政作为我国农村公共服务体系建设中的重要组成部分,对于推进城乡一体化建设有重要作用。"十一五"以来,我国城乡公共服务均等化取得了一定的成效,但是在财权与事权的匹配、财政转移支付制度、地方财政支出结构及乡镇政府自身主动服务的职能等方面仍尚待完善。

Rural public finance is an important constituent part of constructing rural public service system,which also plays an important role in balancing urban and rural development,improving rural people＇s livelihood,expanding domestic demand and advancing urban-rural integration construction.During ＂the 11th five-year plan＂period,Chinese urban and rural equal public services have made some achievements,but there are still plenty of room for improvement.
