针对民航订座与离港系统的特性,从系统工程的角度出发,运用大系统控制论的理论,分析民航订座与离港系统的内在关联和关键因素,设计、研究、决策、控制和管理民航订座与离港系统的科学运行体系,促进民航订座与离港系统管理的现代化和科学化。

In view of the characteristics of reservation and departure system for civil aviation,its coordinated control and management method is researched,using large scale system cybernetics method from the point of view of system engineering,in order to reveal the internal relationship and key factors between civil aviation reservation and departure system.It is of great important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the modernization and scientific management of civil aviation reservation and departure system as well as the design,research,decision-making,control and management of its scientific operation system.
