一种色温可调LED的封装与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 LED以其优良的性能结合智能控制系统,被越来越多地应用于室内外照明场合,但同时也对其色温、显色指数等色度指标提出了新的要求。为了应对这种挑战,设计了一种新型的色温可调LED,利用大功率LED芯片结合金属基板封装出了色温可调的暖白光高显色指数LED样品,对其发光光谱、色温和显色指数随电流的变化进行了测试,发现LED的光谱有三个峰值,色温可从5000K变化到3300K,涵盖了冷色光到暖色光的范围,显色指数可从68增加到90以上,能够满足室内照明的要求。将这种色温可调的LED应用于筒灯,测试了其发光效果和散热性能,表明LED具有发光面均匀、无眩光,热阻小等特点,特别适合用于筒灯等室内照明场合。 Combined with its excellent performance and intelligent control system,LED is increasingly used in indoor and outdoor lighting situations,however,correlated color temperature(CCT),color rendering index(CRI)are required.To meet this challenge,a novel color temperature tunable(CTT)LED is presented,high-power LED chips and metal substrate are used to package CTT LED with warm white and high CRI,luminescent spectrum,CCT and CRI are measured with the changing of current,it is shown that there are there peaks,the CCT can change from 5000K to 3300K,covering the range of cool light to warm light,meanwhile,the CRI can change from 68 to 90,it can meet the requirements of indoor lighting.The LED is used in down light,its effect and thermal performance are measured,and the results show that CTT LED has the characteristics of uniformly luminous surface,no glare,low thermal resistance etc,which is particularly suitable for indoor lighting situations such as down light.
