摘要
目的: 分析西安地区食管癌的分离比、遗传度和病例亲属的标准化死亡比(SMR). 方法: 应用遗传流行病学和病例对照研究方法,调查分析了西安地区211例食管癌病例和183例对照的亲属中食管癌发病情况. 结果: 病例组Ⅰ, Ⅱ级亲属中食管癌的发病率(分别为2.95% , 0.64% )均高于对照组(0.32% ),分离比为0.0082~0.0294,不符合单基因遗传规律,Ⅰ,Ⅱ级亲属加权平均遗传度为50.02% ,其中84例病例各级亲属SMR均大于1. 结论: 食管癌的遗传背景是食管癌的发病因素之一,但不是主要因素.
AIM: To evaluate the segregation ratio, the hereditability (h2) and the standardized mortality ratio (SMR) of esophageal cancers in Xi'an (EC). METHODS: A genetic epidemiological case control study was carried out to study the genetic factors of EC in Xi'an. RESULTS: The in cidence of Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree relatives of the cases was 2.95% and 0.64% respectively, significantly higher than that of the relatives of the controls (0.32%). The segregation ratio was 0.0082~0.0294 and the genetic model belonged to polygenetics. The weighed average h2 of Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree relatives was 50.02% and SMR values of 84 EC cases were more than 1 in both Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree relatives. CONCLUSION: The genetic background, though not a main one, is a risk factor of EC in Xi'an.
