摘要
从尾部烟道的转向室设计、空预器换热片构成、煤质变化、暖风器投运情况以及运行调整等方面入手,全面分析了回转式空预器堵灰的原因及过程,由此提出了防止空预器堵灰及解决处理空预器堵塞的方案。
The change direction cell design,the spatial pre-heat transfer pieces constitution,the quality change of the coal,all of those from the rear part of the flue,the warm brawl operation state and operation adjustment and so on,the overall analysis the reasons and process of the rotation type spatial pre-stopped up the ash,from those the preventive spatial pre-stopped up the ash and the solution scheme were proposed.
