Perioperative treatment techniques in rat orthotopic liver transplantation

目的： 探讨大鼠原位肝移植术的围手术期处理．方法： 通过改良的双袖套法施行大鼠原位肝移植试验观察受术大鼠状况、手术操作技巧和术前术后处理等因素对肝移植大鼠的成活率的影响． 结果： ①用改良的双袖套法施行的３０例大鼠原位肝移植中，２４ ｈ 存活率９３％ ，１ ｗｋ 存活率９０％ ；②以ＵＷ 液保存ＳＤ大鼠肝脏１８ ｈ 后施行的１５例原位肝移植中，无１例长期生存；③以ＵＷ 液保存Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠肝脏１８ ｈ 后施行的７例原位肝移植中，１ ｗｋ 存活率达８６％ ，另１例死于手术并发症． 结论： 大鼠的体质量、品系、性别、术前状态和精细的手术操作及管理是决定大鼠原位肝移植成败的关键因素． 本研究中的许多改良能有效保障大鼠肝移植模型的稳定性．

AIM: To investigate the perioperative treatment of rat orthotopic liver transplantation. METHODS: By modified cuff for two vascular anastomoses, rat orthotopic liver transplantions were performed in an attempt to observe the effects of such factors as recipient rat status, surgical techniques, pre and post operative management on the survival rate of rat liver transplantation. RESULTS: ① In total of the 30 cases of orthotopic liver grafts, the 24 h and 1 weeksurvival rates were 93% and 90% respectively. ② None of the 15 SD rats receiving livers which had been preserved for 18 h with UW solution had long term survival. ③ 86% of the 7 Wistar rats receiving livers preserved for 18 h with UW solution survived for more than 1 week and only one of the 7 died from operative complication. CONCLUSION: The rat weight, strain, sex, preoperative status, elaborate surgical manipulation and management are vital factors in the success of rat liver transplantations. The modifications in this study can help maintain the stability of rat liver transplant models.
