电压门控钠通道与牙痛

摘要 牙痛属于神经痛的一种。神经元的异常兴奋是神经性疼痛产生的主要原因之一,并且这种异常兴奋与钠离子通道亚单位的可塑性密切相关。近年来,随着钠通道在牙痛发病机制中作用的阐明,发展特异性的钠通道亚型阻断药物将成为牙痛的重要研究方向。
