摘要
目的: 探讨医学生心理卫生状况与学习成绩的关系. 方法: 医学院校三年级学生125名,均为男性,年龄18岁~21岁. 采用SCL-90, EPQ, UPI量表检测及实地调查. 结果:有心理问题组UPI总分高于正常组(P< 0.01), EPQ 中N,P维度高于正常组(P< 0.01), 学习成绩低于正常组(P< 0.05). 结论: 心理卫生状况对学习绩效有影响,心理卫生状况不佳多与情绪不稳有关.
AIM: To assess the relationship between mental hygiene and learning achievement. METHODS: Tests of SCL 90, EPQ, and UPI were conducted in 125 male junior students in medical college, who were aged from 18 to 21. RESULTS: Students with psychological problems generally scored higher in UPI total score than students with normal mental hygiene ( P <0.01). Likewise, students with psychological problem scored higher in N and P dimensions of EPQ than students with normal mental hygiene ( P <0.01), but their learning achievements were lower ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Mental hygiene has some influences on learning achievement. Psychological problems are related to emotion instability.
