射频消融治疗房室旁路及房室结双径路室上性心动过速

RADIO FREQUENCY CATHETER ABLATON IN THE TREATMENT OF ATRIOVENTRICULER REENTRANT TACHYCARDIA AND ATRIOVENTRICUALR NODE REENTRANT TACHYCARDIA

目的：分析射频消融（ＲＦＣＡ）治疗室上性心动过速的疗效。方法：选择频繁发作的室上性心动过速患者６７例。经药物治疗无产、愿意接受射频消融术者，常规导管郫地电生理检查及标测靶点，进行射频消融。结果：６７例中男性４２例，女性２５例；左侧显性旁路和隐性旁路共３９例，成功率为９４．９％。房室结双径路２８例，成功率为９６．４％。结论：射频消融术是治疗房室旁路及房结双径路折返性室上性心运过速的安全有效疗法。

Objectie:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of radio frequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for the treatment of AVRT and AVNRT.Methods:From 1995 to 1998,67 patients underwent RFCA at our hospital in our team for the treatment of symptomatic supraventriculalr techycardia.All pts suffered from frequent attact of tachycardia and willing to accept RFCA.Results:39 out of 67 patients (42 male and 25 fanale) were atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia,successful rate was 94.9%.28 out of 67 pts were antrioventricular node rcentrant tachycardia,successaful rate was 96.4%.Conclustion:RFCA is a efficacy and safety way for the treatment of AVRT and AVNRT.\;
