摘要
考察了镀液中FeSO4的质量浓度对合金镀层沉积速率的影响,并通过金相显微镜对镀层表面形貌进行观察;采用硬度计和实验室浸泡方法分别考察了镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性。结果表明:当镀液中FeSO4的质量浓度小于2.0 g/L时,镀层的沉积速率虽然降低,但镀层的表面更加均匀、致密,表面质量更好,镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性也得到提高;当镀液中FeSO4的质量浓度大于5.0 g/L以后,镀层的沉积速率最低,表面质量变差,镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性均下降。
The effects of the mass concentration of FeSO_4 in the bath on the deposition rate of the alloy coating were investigated,the surface morphology of the coating were observed with metallurgical microscope,and the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated with hardness meter and laboratory soaking method.The results show that when the mass concentration of FeSO_4 in the bath is lower than 2.0 g/L,the coating depositing rate is reduced, but the coating surface is more uniform and compact,resulting in a better surface quality,and the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating are also improved;when the mass concentration of FeSO_4 in the bath is higher than 5.0 g/L,the coating depositing rate is the lowest,the surface quality becomes poorer,and both the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating become worse.
