浅埋房柱式采空区下近距离煤层综采顶板控制技术 被引量:88

摘要 针对浅埋房柱式采空区下近距离煤层综采工作面开采可能出现覆岩大面积冲击式来压等问题,结合鄂尔多斯乌兰集团石圪台煤矿3-1-2煤层综采工作面开采实际,采用理论分析、物理模拟、数值模拟及现场实测等研究方法,对该类煤层开采引起覆岩变形破坏、岩体弹性能聚集造成冲击式来压和压架机理、地表移动规律和井下矿压规律关系等进行了研究,针对性地采取了残留煤柱爆破放顶卸压、地面钻孔注砂充填煤房和合理控制采高等控制和预防措施,实现了工作面的安全高效生产。 The extensive roof collapse and other problems may appear in the fully mechanized face of shallow coal seam close to the above room-and-pillar gob,based on the condition of No.3-1-2 coal seam in the Shigetai Mine of Wulan Group Co.Ltd.in Erdos,using theoretical analysis,physical simulation,numerical simulation,and field measurement as a comprehensive research tool,studied the law of overburden movement,the mechanism of extensive roof collapse and the fully mechanized supports crushing caused by elastic energy accumulation,and the relationship between surface movement and strata behaviors.The results show that the extensive roof collapse accidents happen easily in the face district having the weathered coal pillar and being close to the room-and-pillar gob,which may result in the accidents of working face step-subsiding and roadway collapse.Through taking measures such as roof blast caving in the remained coal pillar area,grouting grit to fill the gob and reasonably controlling mining height,safety and efficiently mining was realized in the working face.
