沼渣、沼液栽培秀珍菇的研究应用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究沼渣、沼液在秀珍菇栽培上的应用效果。[方法]在基本桑秆培养基中添加沼渣、沼液栽培秀珍菇,研究不同沼渣、沼液处理对秀珍菇产量和营养成分的影响。[结果]沼渣栽培对秀珍菇增产效果显著,在基本桑秆培养基中添加10%沼渣和20%沼渣,秀珍菇产量较对照分别增加31.80%和21.20%,可溶性蛋白质含量较对照分别提高13.10%和21.90%,粗多糖含量分别提高5.80%和8.60%。沼液栽培对秀珍菇增产效果不明显。[结论]沼渣栽培秀珍菇效果最佳。 [Objective] This research aimed to study the effect of application of biogas residue and biogas slurry on the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus. [Method] By adding biogas residue and biogas slurry into the basic mulberry culture medium, the effects of biogas residue and biogas slurry on yield and nutrient of Pleurotus geesteranus were studied. [Result] There were remarkable yield increase effects with biogas residue cultivation. With adding of 10% and 20% biogas slurry into basic medium, compared with control, the yield of Pleurotus geesteranus increased by 31.80% and 21.20%, the soluble protein content increased by 13.10% and 21.90%, the content of polysaccharide increased by 5.80% and 8.60%, respectively. While no remarkable yield increase effects, with biogas residue cultivation. [Conclusion] There was an obvious yield increase effectes by using biogas slurry in Pleurotus geesteranus cultivation.
