摘要
采用固体分散技术和微晶技术相结合的方法,研究和制备了尼莫地平缓释胶囊,采用吸附工艺和常规制粒机械,解决了工业化生产周期长、制粒难等问题。体内外试验结果表明:本品缓释效果明显,生物利用度高,体内外相关性好(r=0.992)。
A sustained release capsule of Nimodipine was developed using solid dispersion and microcrystalline techniques. The sustained release granules were prepared industrially with special absorbent and general machine without difficulty. The results of the capsules showed the prolonged effect, high bioavailabi1ity and good linear relationship between the cumulative releasing percent in witro and the absorptive percent in vivo(r=0. 992).
