摘要
在现实中,企业的员工对企业的满意状况堪忧,因对企业不满意而导致的员工流失率更是居高不下,这些问题已严重威胁到企业的发展。企业如何吸引和激励员工,提高他们的满意度,增强企业的竞争力是当前的一个重要课题。没有员工的满意,就不会有员工的忠诚,更不会有客户的忠诚。因而,应从提高员工的薪酬满意度,增加员工参与企业事务的机会等途径入手,提高员工的满意度。
Corporate employees are not satisfied with their enterprises in reality,which led to high staff turnover.It seriously threaten the development of enterprises.Companies should attract and motivate employees,increase their satisfaction,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.It proposed that enterprises should increase employees' salary satisfaction,increase the opportunities to participate in corporate affairs.
