摘要
报道了复方美愈胶囊中愈创木酚甘油醚和氢溴酸右美沙芬的高效液相色谱测定法。固定相为Lichrospher-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.07mol／L硝酸钠-甲磷酸-甲酸（500：500：1：0.5）,检测波长为295nm。愈创木酚甘油醚和氢溴酸右美沙芬线性范围及回归方程分别为：64.0～96.0ug,Y=2.6451×104X-8.540×105（n=5）,r=0.9990;6.4～9.6μg,Y=2.302×104X＋7.484×103（n=5）,r=0.9996。平均回收率为101.4％±2.57％,RSD=2.53％（n=5）;99.59％±0.56％,RSD=0.56％（n=5）。
A sensitive and simplified high performance liquid chromatography has been developed for the analysis of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and guaifenesine in capsules. The optimal experiment conditions were Lichrospher-C18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm, ID, 5μ), and mobile phase of methanol-0. 07 mol/L NaNO3-methanesulfonic acid-formic acid (500: 500: 1: 0. 5, pH 3. 50), with UV detector at 295 nm. The calibration curve of guaifenesine and dextromethorphan hydrobromide was linear in the range of 64. O-96. 0 μg(r=0. 9990, n = 5) and 6. 40-9. 60μg(r=0. 9996, n=5),and the average recovery was 101. 4 % (RSD=2. 53%,n=5) and 99.59% (RSD=0. 56%, n=5) respectively.
