摘要
介绍了降低变压器空载损耗的方法,用铁芯多级接缝方式降低变压器空载损耗的机理,提出了合理的铁芯接缝结构、合理的铁芯搭接面积及合理选取铁芯片宽,并对其作了理论分析和实际产品验证。
The method to reduce no-load loss of transformer is introduced.The method's mechanism is to use core multistage joint mode.Rational core joint structure,rational core joint area and selection of core plate width are advanced.Theoretic analysis and production verification of the transformer are conducted.
