摘要
目的 观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注中脑及垂体降钙素基因相关肽 ( CGRP)含量的变化。 方法 采用放射免疫测定方法 ,测定大鼠全脑缺血 5 min再灌注 5 min、缺血 15 min再灌注 45 min、缺血30 min再灌注 30 min中脑及垂体 CGRP含量变化 ,并与相同缺血时间组、假手术组及总时间相同但仅有缺血组相比。 结果 缺血 5 min再灌注 5 min组 CGRP含量与相应的缺血组与假手组均相比明显升高 ;缺血 30 min再灌注 30 min组 CGRP值低于假手术组 ;缺血 15 min再灌注 45 min组 CGRP值介于前两种情况之间。 结论 缺血 15 min后再灌注部分脑组织已有损伤 ,再灌注已不利于脑组织修复 ,应在超早期 ( <15 min)积极恢复血液供应。
Observed the changes of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in ischemia reperfusion mesencephalon and pituitary \ Methods\ By radioimmunoassay,we measured the contents of CGRP in mesencephalon and pituitary after reperfused 5 minute following 5 minute ischemia; reperfused 45 minute following 15 minute ischemia; reperfused 30 minute following 30 minute ischemia;and compared with controls(pseudo operation, same time of ischemia and the same total time but only ischemia) \ Results\ Compared with controls,the contents of CGRP reperfused 5 minute following 5 minute ischemia increases; reperfused 30 minute following 30 minute ischemia was lower than pseudo operation; reperfused 45 minute following 15 minute ischemia was between above two kinds \ Conclusion\ Some regions of brain reperfused following 15 minute ischemia may receive damage,so therapy by reperfusion may be good to cerebral ischemia less than 15 minutes as soon as possible \;
